Instructional Specialist Certification
The Nicotine Dependence Treatment Instructional Specialist course is designed for certified instructors, companies, and organizations who are interested in replicating the Nicotine Dependence Treatment Continuing Education program model. It introduces participants to the principles of adult learning theory, along with the adult education programming methods used to design the HealthCare Partnership model. The course focuses on practical skills applications and presents the foundations of the HealthCare Partnership model to ensure fidelity of program replication. Certified Instructional Specialists are eligible to function as Master Facilitators.
Prerequisite: Level 1 or Level 2 Instructor Certification
